Understand the client's requirements and preferences

Signing a contract for cooperation

Confirmation of project content and cost breakdown
Renovation period and contract signed by both parties

Design project begins

  1. Determine design style direction

  2. Actual and accurate measurements on site and taking photos for archiving

  3. Discuss design details, select building materials, material colors, etc

  4. Modify and finalize 3D renderings, design construction drawings and draw all drawings

  5. Supervise on-site industrial control and inform owners of project charges

House inspection and acceptance

Party A settles the balance, and Party B submits high-definition pictures and related source files.

After-sales

  • Provide consultation on design and technical issues after the successful completion of the project.
  • Add CMTcare+ service plan: 5-year warranty
